Most crypto-assets offered to the public in the EU under MiCA must (subject to MiCA’s exemptions) have a published white paper, notified to a national competent authority and listed in ESMA’s register. This is a searchable, daily-refreshed view of that register — e-money tokens (EMT), asset-referenced tokens (ART) and other crypto-assets — so you can find an offering, its offeror and competent authority, and open the white paper itself.
